Fabric production
Beyond the stock programme we knit to specification: your weight, your width, your composition, dyed to your Pantone reference. This is the floor where it happens — filmed, not rendered.
Quality control
Yarn is checked in our laboratory on the USTER® TESTER 6 — the same instrument European mills use — for evenness, imperfections and hairiness before it reaches a knitting machine. A fabric can only be as good as its yarn, so that is where our quality control starts.
| Order options | Weight, width, composition, finish to your spec |
|---|---|
| Dyeing | Lab dips to your Pantone reference before bulk |
| Documentation | Technical sheet with every dispatched batch |
| Constructions | Jersey, terry, fleece, interlock, rib, piqué, waffle |
How a custom run works
You send target weight, width, composition and end use — or an article from our catalogue as the base.
We select and test the yarn, prepare lab dips to your Pantone references for approval.
A short run for your approval: hand-feel, shade, shrinkage tests on your side.
Production run with in-line checks; finished weight and width held within stated tolerance.
Rolls packed, technical sheet attached, road freight to the EU in 12–16 days.
Send the spec — weight, width, composition, quantity. We confirm feasibility, minimums and dates within one working day.
